Installing Flash player

You need to have Macromedia Flash Player version 6 or above, to view the Bupa Foundation Awards videos.

If you are having problems viewing the adverts, click on the link in "Step one" to install this software. It should take less than five minutes and is very simple to do by following the instructions below.

Step one

Install Flash Player 7

Step two

Click on the "Yes" button to install the Flash Player software.

Step three

When the installation has finished, you will get the following message to let you know it has been successful.
