Apply for a BUPA Foundation medical research grant

To submit a medical research grant proposal, click on the application form below and fill it in as required. You can download the Word version and fill it in electronically. However please note that posted or faxed submissions with the correct number of copies are requested if possible. If electronic submission is essential, original signatures must be posted to the BUPA Foundation as soon as possible after submission.

There will be two meetings in 2007 to consider medical research grant applications.

Please note:

• proposals received by 1 July 2008 will be considered at a meeting in November 2008
• proposals received by 1 October 2008 will be considered at a meeting in February 2009
